I did it!

Well it's been official for about a month...but better late than never. This is what the online verification looks like. I got my paper license like 2 days later after the exam. Let me tell you the exam, what a duzie! It wasn't so much as hard it just played with your mind..."did i pass? did i fail?"

My license remains just a piece of paper for now, I still have no job. :(

Saying things are snug is a vast understatement. I we shut down our Internet and other non essential items at home so sorry if posts are scarce and few between. I'll update when I can. Hopefully I'll get a Nursing pay check in the mail soon and things will start looking up.

Can't we watch something else...

Three gifts my husband and I truly underestimated; Horton Hears a Who!, WALL-E, and the DVD that came with Pinkie Pie the my little pony. constantly all I hear is
"Mama horsie" or
"Watch elephant" or
"Mama Walle"
You'd think that she'd get tired of it, we'll mom and dad sure are. Please someone "accidentally" lose those three DVDs.

Happy New Year...

My poor baby, remember how I told you on her birthday she wasn't feeling well? Me and my Rhea spent New Years eve in the Emergency Room. She was on her fifth day of running a fever of about 103 or higher. I took her to the doctor on day 3, guess what the answer I got was, it's a virus treat the fever it will run it's course. But on day 5 it wasn't responding to Motrin and Tylenol and the fever was 104.5! I new it was time to do something. So confirmed by chest x-ray and everything she has pneumonia. I would have never thought of that, I was thinking ear infection or bladder infection because she didn't have the typical Pneumonia symptoms but it was. She is much better now, her self again playing and smiling.

December 27 Happy Birthday Rhea

For her first birthday I made a cake, we invited both grandma's, and some of my aunts that were still over for the holidays and we sang happy birthday. The poor girl, she was not feeling well (just wait it gets worse later) so she wasn't even interested in eating any of her cake. When she was born I never realized how close to Christmas and New years it was, maybe because I was so concerned with getting back to school on time. No I really regret having a voluntary induction for more reason than one.
